Hal Rogers confirms my prediction that he won't run.
U. S. Rep. Hal Rogers, (R-KY), has just confirmed my earlier post where I stated that he won't run for Governor (and laid to rest my source's later tip that "'Washington talk' is that the person who will run is a man named Hal"). Hal Rogers also makes it clear he is not going to support any of the candidates in the primary. Meanwhile, Billy Harper says Anne Northup told him she will not run for Governor, a statement Mrs. Northup denies. Stay tuned for further developments.

I guess whether or not the conversation was taken out of content depends on what EXACTLY was said and its attendant circumstances. Hence, we need to know more, don't you think, before reaching a DEFINITE conclusion in the matter?
I have heard that Northuo isnt running thing... where did it get started? What are her chances now of winning a three way race?
Northup will announce in Frankfort tomorrow (1-17-07) and will be at the Bowling Green Airport at 1:15 p.m. Friday (1-19-07).
I do NOT know where the "Northup isn't running thing" came from, but it appears it is NOT true.
