Legal Defense Fund bill is pre-filled for upcoming session.

State Representative Darryl Owens has pre-filed House Bill 47 "to increase reporting requirements for legal defense trusts held by executive branch officials or merit employees", and to "also prohibit[] contributions to a legal defense trust by anyone who does business with any state agency."

Sounds like a GOOD bill to me. What about you?
