Governor Steve Beshear appoints four to high posts.

Here they are:

Helen Mountjoy, 61 (pictured on your extreme left), of Utica will be secretary of the Education Cabinet; J. Michael Brown, 58, (pictured to your nearest left) of Louisville will be Justice and Public Safety Cabinet secretary; Edward W. Tonini, 61, (the only Republican of the group) of Louisville will be adjutant general; and Rodney Brewer, 50, of Ballardsville will be State Police commissioner.
