Back to Kentucky: Legislative news.

Senate barely passes domestic partner benefits bill; House passes the worthwhile ethics reform bill; another worthwhile bill is HB 413, introduced in the House, to "sunshine" the legislative budget approval process; and, a Senate panel narrowly passed SB3 -- one of my favorites already discussed here -- to move the filing deadline for elections, in an attempt to keep Legislators honest.
