Interesting how Mitch is touting his earmarks for the state of Kentucky (of which I am also a resident) - $30,000,000 million for a forest? How about $30,000,000 for something other than trees if we are going to spend the money? Or better yet, maybe pay down the national debt? Thanks for the post.
