A Noe says NO, accusing his Democratic Party of orchestrating a "fix".
In them hills in Eastern Kentucky, politics is practiced differently than in anywhere else. You have been witness to many over the years, I'm sure.
This one is apparently like the others, and it has former Representative Roger Noe saying NO to what he perceives to be a "fix" -- no, this one is not this "fix".
It appears that Roger Noe may have a reason to cry foul, as the Democratic Party by-laws seem to support him -- see Article X1 on Robert's rules of order.
How the party handles this delicate matter will determine whether the party is viewed as "progressive" -- as the party wants to be seen as -- or something more sinister.
