John McCain breaks through the evangelical movement, receives endorsement of John Hagee.
Read the endorsement here.
While this is a significant endorsement for John McCain, I wonder how the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) feels about the Pastor of a church endorsing in a political arena. Just my thoughts.
Update, 3/4: John Hagee moves to defend himself:

John Hagee is a rabidly anti-Catholic preacher. Mike Huckabee did not get Hagee's endorsement precisely because he (Huckabee) publicly distanced himself from Hagee's statements that the Catholic Church is the whore of Babylon.
If McCain intends to pick up religious votes by sowing religious strife, he's going to lose far more votes.
Good point you make, Mastershake. Let's wait and see if more endorse him.
John McCain doesn't agree with John Hagee, but will accept his endorsement.
