The PSC is an independent agency attached for administrative purposes to the Department of Public Protection in the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet. It regulates more than 1,500 gas, water, sewer, electric and telecommunication utilities operating in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and has approximately 105 employees.

Osi-- No. Stephanie is Grady Stumbo's daughter. Get your facts straight.
I DO NOT KNOW WHATS eating you. I merely asked a question!
Stephanie is, indeed, Grady's daughter.
She is also the daughter-in-law of noted Republican activist and former Fletcher appointee Jean Dorton from Johnson County. Obviously she still uses her maiden name for professional reasons, but she is married to Jeannie Dorton's boy.
Jean Dorton is good people. I've met her several times and never get away from her without at least one huge hug.
Great to hear that, anon 8:21, and thanks for answering the question CIVILY!
