R's KEEP HILLARY ALIVE

Believe everything you heard about Republican voters crossing over in Texas to keep the Democrat's race going as Rush Limbaugh suggested. My brother lives in Texas and he and other Lone Star conservatives have been planning on voting in the mixed-up Democrat hybrid primary/caucus for months, just to cause maximum confusion.

I can't say I am a big fan of folks from either party crossing over to mess with the other's primary. In Kentucky, we sensibly keep it all in the family by law. But no matter how goofy our GOP rules are, the Democrats beat us by miles in all the strange twists and turns and quotas they put into their process. So they really asked for the mess they are creating.

Anyway, it would be such great fun to actually see a free-for-all DNC in Denver this summer. And it just may happen. Chicago 1968 will never be topped, but we might have a taste of it in the Mile High City after an endless summer of Hillary-Obama tit for tat.
