Quick Updates On Barack Obama's VP Choices: Edwards Back In The Top List; Clinton NOT Even Considered. For John McCain: Mitt Romney Is Atop List.

The quick updates are ( for Obama):

(1) Hillary Clinton was NOT even vetted (says Politico), thank goodness. Though Obama said earlier "she'll be on anyone's short VP list", apparently the list is NOT short enough.

(2) An Edwards is back on the list, as a "Dark Horse", says Mr. Drudge. No, not that Edwards. This one is Texas U. S. Representative, Chet Edwards.

(3) The announcement will come today says the Obama campaign -- I'll update this post today.

And for John McCain:

(1) John McCain has apparently settled on Mitt Romney, but reserves the right to change his mind (MANY of his supporters wish he does, otherwise this choice will most LIKELY cost him the election!)

In another matter, the IDIOT who sent letter to John McCain's offices with (harmless) powder, has been charged with the crimes.

He had his return address on the envelope.
