Update On Democratic Ad For David Boswell And Against Brett Guthrie.

LOUISVILLE TELEVISION STATION PULLS LIBELOUS DCCC ADS
David Boswell and liberal friends see negative attack taken off the air
because they are flat lying about Brett Guthrie’s business experience

(Bowling Green) The National Republican Congressional Committee has gotten confirmation this afternoon that WAVE 3 television in Louisville has pulled the DCCC advertising libeling Brett Guthrie and Trace Die Cast. Other stations are reviewing the advertising, but already one station has judged the ad to be false and taken it off the airways.

“The truth isn’t in these guys,” said Guthrie campaign manager Brian Smith. “They know Brett Guthrie’s resume, experience, and positions on the issues are superior to David Boswell’s, so they resorted to illegal lying to cover it up. And now they’ve been caught.”

“It is noteworthy that the first attack ad of this campaign was run by David Boswell’s liberal buddies in Washington, and now they’ve been caught lying to the people of Kentucky’s Second District,” Smith said. “David Boswell’s credibility was low to begin with; will he have any integrity or credibility left by the end of this campaign?”

Here are the facts:

#1 – Trace Die Cast does not “send” or outsource any jobs or operations to Mexico. It SELLS or EXPORTS its products to companies that operate all over the world. Once Trace sells a part to a customer, it is out of the Trace operation and does not return to Trace in any way. Trace has provided purchase orders to show that it SELLS products to a customer (attached). All Trace workers are located in Bowling Green, KY, with the exception of three employees who are located in South Carolina, Michigan, and Indiana. Trace has never outsourced any “work” overseas. David Boswell and his liberal allies are lying for political gain about a great American success story. At a time when many manufacturers are closing or moving operations overseas, Trace remains a great American company with all workers stationed in the United States.

#2 – Trace Die Cast does not have any operations or any employees anywhere other than in the United States, all but three are in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The DCCC ad claims Trace outsources work that “could be done here.” That is 100% false. Trace sells parts to manufacturers all over the world; all of the work done by Trace is done in Bowling Green, and no work performed by any customer could be or is done at Trace’s facility. The specific auto part referenced in the ad is sold to a company that eventually sells the part to another company – General Motors – that puts it in the Corvette, which are all manufactured in Bowling Green. The key fact: Trace Die Cast never sees the part again once it sells it to a customer. Trace makes parts in Kentucky and sells them all over the world. Trace has a great workforce – 100% located in America – and makes a great product that enables them to export to global customers and create and keep jobs in the United States.
