Let Barbour and Jindal and Sanford and Palin and whoever else wants to reject it do so. Kentucky will still be able to say Thank God For Mississippi - but more important, New Orleans and Biloxi and other Katrina damaged areas will have even more malfeasance by Republicans to blame for no response. When their states don't improve economically, voters will know EXACTLY who is responsible.
Rejecting some but not ALL of the stimulus doesn't sound to me like a principled approach to voicing opposition to it -- if you ask me!
