I disagree with people who say that former Governor George Bush does not have the right to add these statements to bills he signed -- for whatever reasons he chose to do so --, I agree with those who say that constitutionally speaking, he can ONLY veto bills to stop them from taking effect, if Congress had failed to override him.

So POTUS Barack Obama is doing the right thing here.
