'High-tech lynching'
Shirley Sherrod, a woman who was telling a story of enlightenment and a life-changing event, has been railroaded. This story is truly a “high-tech lynching.” Too many people jumped to judgment, including MSNBC, Fox News, the NAACP, the Agriculture secretary and the executive branch of our government. Clearly, everyone was manipulated by some sensationalist tea party blogger who is smart enough to know what he was doing. What a sad chain of events. Sherrod should be reinstated in her job, if she is willing to return. And everyone should take a deep breath and look racism in the face and talk about it.
