Do you have a few minutes to make a call to help pass our Restoration of Voting Rights bill through the Senate?

HB 70 would restore voting rights to former felons who have served their debt to society and it just passed out of the full house overwhelmingly 77 to 21 with strong support from both Republicans and Democrats!

Now we're over to the Senate and we need supporters from all over the state to contact senators to express thei...r support for restoring voting rights to former felons who have served their debt to society.

Call the Legislative Message Line (1-800-372-7181) as soon as you can, and ask to leave a message for "Senate Leadership, Senate State and Local Government committee," and your own Senator.

The Message Line is open 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. Monday-Thursday and until 6 p.m. on Friday.

Message: "Please vote yes on House Bill 70."
