Socially, Giuliani has never claimed to be a conservative. (at least to my knowledge)
Rudy is strong on Foreign policy and fiscal issues, but weak on most all social issues.
Well, he said he will appoint "strict constructionists" to the Supreme Court if elected President -- see my earlier post on the matter --, so why does he NOT have a track record of doing the same thing as Mayor of New York City? That's why he's going to have some explaining to do, even though he's STILL TOPS in my book!
How will this play with the GOP?
