"Lady Bird" Johnson, wife of President Lyndon B. Johnson, has died.

Former First Lady and wife of Former President Lyndon B. Johnson, and beautification environmentalist activist, "Lady Bird" Johnson, has died. We wish her eternal rest.

Many may not know it but Lyndon Johnson was one of my favorite presidents, in spite of his overly political ambitions that made him appear to be uncaring. But as the saying goes, behind every great man is a great woman, and such was the case with LBJ's "Lady Bird", who brought out the decency and humanity in her husband.

Update: Before I catch any more flak for my admiration of LBJ, let me clarify, like I should have, that my admiration of him stems from his STRONG Civil Rights stance (when he pushed Congress to pass the Civil Rights Act).

So the socialist swine, LBJ was one of your favorite Presidents, eh?

Well personally I hope the sorry son of a bitch is roasting and rotting in the hottest, darkest corner of hell due his imposition of wealth redistribution (>a.k.a. socialism) from the productive to the parasitic with his so called, "great society" programs...

'Hopefully Lady' is keeping the bastard company if what you say is factual: "behind every great man is a great woman, and such was the case with LBJ's "Lady Bird", who brought out the decency and humanity in her husband"...

BTW YOU ARE NOT a Constitutionalist (what part of the Constitution mandates the federal government steal from the productive in order to pander to the parasitic?) as you claim in your profile if you think what LBJ did as a politico was in anyway worth a damn...

This bit by you: "there will be NO "spinning" of the facts or "slanting" of the news to favor or disfavor any person" is hilarious since you go onto spin the truth about LBJ...
