CIA report blames George Tenet for pre-9/11 intelligence failures.
The CIA has released a report that puts the blame for pre-9/11 intelligence failure squarely on the shoulders of its former Director George Tenet. And the man thought he could escape criticisms by appearing on CBS 60 minutes. He thought WRONG alright!
