***** Political BOMBSHELL: KARL ROVE has resigned! *****
The political BOMBSHELL of the year is that political strategist, presidential adviser and the so-called "architect of the Bush revolution" and "Bush's brains", Karl Rove, has resigned his position effective at the of this month.
I suspect he will resurface as an adviser to one of the GOP candidates (Romney, Giuliani or Thompson (Fred)), but in the meantime what will the Democrats do, as the man they love to hate and "kick around" will no longer be there with a "bull's eye" fastened on his back!?!
On a local political note, I wonder if Senator Mitch McConnell will now be able to lure back Karl Rove's assistant, Kentucky's own Scott Jennings, to work on his re-election campaign.
HE SHOULD!!

What a laugh you are. Rove has been a political wizard for neocons, but at bottom he is just another morally bankrupt loser from the worst combination of ineptitude and corruption in the history of the federal government. The country needs to have honest and thoughtful conservative and liberal alternatives, not a bunch of made up twaddle packaged like a McDonald's Happy Meal. Rove's brand of sleazy politics and lies has helped set us back twenty years. Wise up.
