Robert Novak leans Democrat in Kentucky's Governor's race -- but with a caveat.

Syndicated Columnist and respected political pundict is predicting that Kentucky will lean Democrat this fall in favor of the Beshear/Mongiardo ticket, but he does so with a BIG caveat.
