The Senate has just voted 53 to 40 to confirm judge Michael Murkesy as the nation's new Attorney General., and its past time too, and I just finished watching the debate on CSPAN!

I'm GLAD to see the Senate sign him up, as I had consistently urged.

My advice to the new AG? No matter what you do, do NOT behave like your predecessor, Roberto "GONZO shuffle" Gonzales. That should be easy enough, right?
