Osi, this report just focuses on child removal.
There are many more valid complaints about social workers placing innocent peoples names on the child abuser database without giving the person notice. There are multiple egregous due process violations going on with the Department of Protection and Permanency, the administrative hearings branch and the Ombudsmen office.
I have enough evidence to show summary judgement against the Cabinet for violating its own policies concerning due process. But its nearly impossible to get an attorney to take these cases.
