Governor Beshear Appoints Montgomery County Judge/Executive
FRANKFORT, KY (January 11, 2008) – Gov. Steve Beshear today appointed Floyd Allen Arnold as County/Judge Executive of Montgomery County to replace B.D. Wilson, Jr., who has resigned.
Arnold, 53, is currently a Road Supervisor in Montgomery County and has previously worked in the Montgomery County Property Valuation Administrator’s Office. He attended Eastern Kentucky University. He and his wife, Lisa, live in Mt. Sterling.
The appointment is effective January 12, 2008. Arnold will serve until the general election on November 4, 2008.
