Not only is Brad Delong a left-wing columnist, I can promise you he didn't read the bill. He goes on and on about the prebate being means-tested. It isn't. That's a pretty big point to get wrong.
I would be eager to take on a criticism of the Fair Tax from someone who didn't have to make stuff up to make his point.
