Like Santa Claus in January, Congress set to hand out money, money, money -- it's called "stimulus package"! Elections must be coming up!!

I believe it is too little too late, but like many people I do NOT plan on sending my $600.00 back.
Nonetheless, I want to know why there is no outrage from people who believe the market should be free of government intervention -- I suspect they are all planning what to do with their checks.
I also want to know why government took our money (that they are now giving back to us) in the first place?
