Neither being an escort nor paying money to an escort is illegal. If Spitzer had sex with that escort, it was free. He simply paid for her company.

I was asking a simple question. I wasn't attacking you. I was asking you to check your thoughts.
Are your thoughts in line with the faith you say you practice?
Is this not passing judgment on the man?
Do you feel your being hypocritical?
And if not why?
I really want to understand.
It would appear as though your passing judgment against Mr. Spitzer yet your profile states you are a "Christian Conservative".
If the Bible states no sin is worse then the other, then how is he any worse then you? (I'm referring to being hypocritical).
I would have excused myself if you had said you were appointed judge over the case. Then and only then does your faith say you have the right to pass judgment.
Anyone that wants to wear Christianity as a badge of honor should be concerned with being a False Witness while criticizing a man who has sinned.
My entire statement including the questions were regarding being hypocritical, but I'm not bragging about my faith!

As for WWJD, Jesus would forgive him, and tell him to go and sin no more, just as he forgave the adulterous woman who the (hypocritical) crowd wanted to stone to death, after he asked the crowd for anyone without sin to cast the first stone.
Again, you are reading someone's blog, unless you consider that my posing the question whether he should resign makes me hypocritical -- and I can ASSURE you it doesn't!!

Well KYJurisDoctor I'm prepared to be jumped on here...I have a little more respect for the ones that sell it versus giving it up for free.
Stupid people like that take chances spreading deadly diseases. Most often those people have no health insurance. The tax payers get the bill for that piece of tail as well.
The reports were stating spitzer/Client 9 liked to take risks like not putting a helmet on his soldier before sending it in for battle.
