Governor Elliot "Sexcapades" Spitzer is expected to resign tomorrow, to be replaced by Lt. Governor David A. Paterson, an African American.

The sticking point delaying his resignation, is that he is working out a deal with Federal Prosecutors.

If Spitzer resigns, his Lt. Governor, David A. Peterson (pictured with Spitzer), an African American, will become Governor.
