Moving On: Council On Post Secondary Education (COPSE) Snubs Governor Steve Beshear Who Snubbed Brad Cowgill.

Recently, I reported on a story about Governor Steve Beshear's apparent snubbing the interim President of the Council on post secondary education, Brad Cowgill, when the Governor told the Council to start a new national search.

When it turns out that the Council has now decided to snub the Governor and offer the permanent post to -- Brad Cowgill.

I am not sure if this "fight" is over, so stay tuned to see if it gets any uglier.
