i think everyone is being totally unfair to this poor girl. who cares what she wears as long as she behaves herself and has a good time. she's young - she's not doing anything wrong. being arrested for wearing a dress is absolutely ridiculous - there are drug dealers and murderers running free - a girl wearing a dress should not be a high priority.
Well, the arrest had NOTHING to do with what she was wearing, but about her outfit -- hello? -- is she going to a HOOKERS' convention?
