As Expected, Governor Steve Beshear Has appointed Former Attorney General And Louisville Mayor, Dave Armstrong, As Public Service Commission Chairman.

Beshear also appointed former Lexington-Fayette Urban County Councilman James W. Gardner, a Lexington attorney at Henry Watz Gardner & Sellars, PLLC, as the commission's Vice Chair.
