Usain Bolt Wins Men's 200-Meter Final in Record Time

Jamaica's Usain Bolt won the gold medal in the men's 200 meters with a world record time of 19.30 seconds. The victory comes four days after Bolt won the 100 meters, setting a world record in that event as well. Bolt is the first to win gold in both the 100- and 200-meter events since Carl Lewis in 1984.
