Shouldn't Kentucky state government consider a staggered 4 day workweek, in order to help with the fuel crisis, too?

I introduced four day work week in my Life Insurance Canada company to face rising commuting costs and I am satisfied. But the question is if my employees are satisfied :) Yes, they are. I think it was a good step. However, it's optional and I am not going to force anybody to work 4 day...
