Wal-Mart Takes Political Sides, Warns Employees Not To Vote For A Democrat.

So why, you ask, is Wal-Mart choosing sides?
Well, read the excerpt below to find out that Wal-Mart is, as usual, looking out just for Wal-Mart:
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is mobilizing its store managers and department supervisors around the country to warn that if Democrats win power in November, they'll likely change federal law to make it easier for workers to unionize companies -- including Wal-Mart.
In recent weeks, thousands of Wal-Mart store managers and department heads have been summoned to mandatory meetings at which the retailer stresses the downside for workers if stores were to be unionized.
According to about a dozen Wal-Mart employees who attended such meetings in seven states, Wal-Mart executives claim that employees at unionized stores would have to pay hefty union dues while getting nothing in return, and may have to go on strike without compensation. Also, unionization could mean fewer jobs as labor costs rise.

When I was in college I was a member of Wal-Mart's work till you drop management team . My training consisted of 3 full days of nothing but anti-union videos and hand-outs. Even the segments that cover basic stuff like employee/management relations and sexual harassment still wrapped up and managed to tie into the whole evil union premise!! "No unions"
is the true Wal-Mart mantra not "Always Low Prices" !!!
I'm glad to hear from your personal experience.
BTW: Wal-Mart is NOW denying the report.
Now who you gonna believe -- Hillary Clinton's former employer?
