Here are the links to a complaint filed in the Franklin Circuit Court under a in forma pauperis motion. Judge Shepherd has yet to rule on the motion. The complaint is a 1983/RICO/malicious proseuction. You will be interested in it because it is about Con-law, and corruption in Kentucky. The nearly 100 exhibits are being redacted for personal information before being posted. Oh, and I am still looking for an attorney who is righteous and brave enough to take the case if you know anyone who is interested. Especially since I have enough in the exhibits for summary judgement and done the hard part putting it together.
