Why?

Joe Biden was charged with the first task of beating Sarah Palin at the debate (can you imagine what would have happened to Joe Biden politically speaking, if he had, instead of winning, loses?), and he delivered TRIUMPHANTLY.

But Joe also ran the risk of "running his mouth", delivering gaffes and blunders, AND appearing to be a BULLY to the "lipsticked (never mind), and he managed to do the debate without exhibiting these flaws.
