Because Rand Paul knows people are sick of getting political mailings and doesn't have so much bullshit and lies to mail like Trey.
I haven't gotten one thing from Trey, but lots of stuff from Rand. But what Rand doesn't know is that what he tells me is not what I want to hear. They all get thrown away.
