KY court of appeals: Disputed BG road is county road.

If you live in Warren County or are a racing fan (I am both), you would have heard of the on-going dispute between Matt Baker and Dallas Jones, who owns Beech Bend, over the ownership of a strip of road. Matt Baker claimed private ownership while Dallas Jones claimed ownership in the county. Today the Court of Appeals reversed a lower court ruling and found that the disputed road is a county road.
