Congress tanks, too.

So you thought president Bush was the only one fairing poorly with CNN/Gallup poll respondents, right? Well ... wrong. According to the poll, only 15% of the respondents viewed the Senate as ethical while 14% had the same view for the House! As it stands now, Congress is in STIFF competition with used car salesmen.
