Some claim Fletcher is "the bully", NOT Stumbo.
Ryan Alessi has an interesting article that suggests that Gov. Fletcher is the bully (in his campaign ad) and NOT Greg Stumbo. Nixonian or proper governance? Read the article, decide for yourselves and FREELY express your opinions here.

Fletcher and Stumbo are both bullies.
I have a question: Is it within the rights of an employer to monitor online activities on their computers on their time?
It depends on who the actor is -- private or government. I assume you are asking about our state government with regards to my post. If so, my opinion is that public employees have DIMINISHED to NONE EXISTENT reasonable expectations of privacy with regards to their emails on state government issued/owned computers -- especially if employees were made aware of the rule. But another issue is that of the blocking of the Bluegrassreport.com website. So depending on the proven facts, a case for selective censorship could be made -- but you didn't ask me about that now, did you? What I have given you is FREE legal advise. You ONLY get one!
Good Answer Osi. Well said.
