YEP. I wonder if that will cut down on public corruption here. What do you think?
I would imagine that it very well might.
In fact, during the civil war, such a bill with similar punishment was introduced by Congress to counter war profiteering during Cameron's corrupt war dept.!
Did it pass?
NOPE. Sometimes, I wish it passed and was kept on the books!
