GOP uses "Rightroots" to counter Dems.' "Netroots".

The Democratic Party (and other Liberal groups) has used the web to out-raise the Republican Party under the fund raising arm called Netroots, which includes such Liberal groups as Moveon.org and Actblue (see Actblue's Netroots project). Now the Republican Party, which has traditionally relied on direct mail solicitation as a successful fund-raising tool, is playing catch up, with an eye to matching (or surpassing) the successes of Netroots, by launching Rightroots.

Whether or not the GOP finds this new territory a fund-raising "gold mine", like the Democratic Party (and other Liberal groups) have, will depend on whether the voters can trust modern day Republicans (AGAIN) to ABIDE by the ORIGINAL principles upon which the GRAND OL' PARTY was founded, by VERY HONORABLE folks like Abraham Lincoln and William H. Seward, and other like minded folks!
