Justice McAnulty resigns from KY Supreme Court.

William McAnulty, the the FIRST and SOLE Kentucky Supreme Court Justice who is of African descent, and who was diagnosed recently with lung cancer, which has now spread to his brain, has resigned from the court in order to to focus his attention on fighting the disease.

We wish the Justice God's speed and our prayers are with him (and his family) for his speedy recovery.
