Fletcher DOESN'T regret BLANKET pardons, promises more before he leaves office.

Outgoing Gov. Ernie Fletcher has indicated that he does NOT regret the BLANKET pardons he granted to his aides indicted with him, that helped DOOM his re-election chances this November.

In fact, he promises more before he leaves office on December 11.
