Hebert/WHAS: Bruce Hendrickson Makes Bogus Claims Against Trey Grayson

We already knew a couple of discouraging things about Bruce Hendrickson. We knew he was a teacher who couldn't even garner the endorsement of the Kentucky Education Association, the state's liberal teachers' union that almost always supports Democrats against Republicans.

We already knew that he was the former Mayor of Pineville who was defeated in that small community by a landslide.

We already knew that ALL the major newspapers around the state have looked hard at his record, his platform, as well as Trey's, and ALL decided that Trey was better fit for the office than Bruce. Even the state's premiere left wing newspaper, the LEO, endorsed Trey. And the Herald Leader, no bastion of conservativism or Republicanism, called Hendrickson "unprepared" for that office and went on to say that Hendrickson "seems to have only a limited understanding of the work of the secretary of state."

On top of all that, as if you needed another reason to vote against Hendrickson and for Trey, comes word from Mark Hebert (again, no bastion of... etc.) that Hendrickson is an out and out liar:

Hendrickson has begun running radio ads while the Kentucky Democratic Party is running ads on urban stations using a bogus allegation that Grayson is trying to keep residents from voting by barring the use of provisional ballots. (emphasis added)

BOGUS... counterfeit, false, non genuine
BOGUS... a lie, a falsehood, untrue
BOGUS... Bruce Hendrickson
