Our Person for the week, if for nothing else then for the week's news worthiness, is: Barack Obama.

As Christians we need to know how to discern and Obama is a wolf in sheeps clothing.
1st of all, he has been quoted saying that the sermon on the Mount from Jesus Christ was about accepting homosexulity marriage.
2nd: Obama is pro-abortion
3rd: Obama refused to be sworn into Congress on the Bible, instead he was sworn in on the Koran!
4rd: If you look at his track record in things he's voted on in Congress, you'll find that they are not pro-Christian and that he is a liar.

Please, do not be deceived by Barack Obama's nice smile & great personality.

Person for the week is more about newsworthiness than any other criteria.

Some points of correction:

Jesus is about loving the sinner but HATING the sin.

There are Christians who are MISTAKENLY pro-abortion.

Obama NEVER took his oath on a Koran!

If we chose our leaders based on whether they are liars, we'll CLEAR our elected officers.

You are thinking Kieth Ellison, anonymous. He was sworn in on a copy of the Koran, once owned by Thomas Jefferson.

There has been another politician sworn in on the Koran recently, but I can't remember the name.

Either way,the Doc is right. Obama did NOT swear in on the Koran. He belongs to a United Church of Christ.

I would suggest,as a follower of Christ,to pay attention to Christ's teachings and not Paul's.

Thanks, yakki.psd. I couldn't think of Keith Ellison's name. He is the guy from Minnesota.

Thanks, again, for your comments.
