PREDICTABLY, Days After Regular Session Ends, Calls For Special Session Begins.

You knew it was coming, didn't you? With just a couple of days after the "disastrous" or "dysfunctional" regular Legislative session ended (for more on that you need to read this), calls for a special session have already started.

Whether one will be held is anyone's guess -- though I suspect it is very likely -- but what the topic will be -- whether raising revenue or fixing the state's pension plan, or both -- remains to be seen. (Note: the Governor determines the subject matter).
