That Didn't Take Long.

Yesterday, I talked about the permanent hiring of Brad Cowgill as COPSE chief in spite of Steve Beshear's request to conduct a national search. I suggested that there could be a "war".

Well, it didn't take long before one got started, as the Governor is angry that COPSE snubbed him and has promised legal acion.

According to the Governor, "It seems apparent that a number of folks on the council are more interested in bulldozing through a selection than in following the law, and that concerns me a great deal."
