Appeals Court: Texas Protective Services Offered "Legally And Factually Insufficient" Reasons For "Extreme Measure" With Polygamists' Children.

The Third Court of Appeals in Austin ruled that the state offered "legally and factually insufficient" grounds for the "extreme" measure of removing all children from the ranch, from babies to teenagers.

Read the opinion, and watch video:

This is a Texas sized "smack down" for the protective services agency, though the opinion does NOT mean that everyone goes home FREE.

But no matter how repulsive the "cult" members may be, they STILL have Constitutional rights -- and so do their children -- that MUST be respected by government.

Kentucky protecting services agency may be well informed to take heed.
