But the gist of the story is that one Robert Felner, now former Dean of the school of education, is the subject of the FEDS interest, reportedly over some FED money.
The former Dean, who took a job as the chancellor at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, controls "a massive No Child Left Behind grant worth about $12.5 million."
Sounds to me like someone is most likely in t-r-o-u-b-l-e messing with the FEDS' money, and that's a no-no.
