NOTICE, if you will, that the agreement "gives Iraqi courts limited jurisdiction over American military personnel for crimes committed off base when the troops are not on an authorized mission. The SOFA must now go before the Iraq parliament for a final vote expected soon.

And in case you have forgotten, this jurisdiction over military personnel has been a sticking point that the Bush Administration has insisted it will NOT agree to. Oh, well ... .

And, "NO withdrawal timetable" has been President Bush's mantra for years.
